Director (President)

Simon’s
career in aviation spans twenty-seven years.
He is currently a Captain on the Boeing
767 and was formerly a Check Captain and
Training Captain on the B737. He holds a
current Australian and Japanese ATPL, with
endorsements on both Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
In addition, Simon is a Flight Operations
Inspector/Auditor, formerly Star Alliance
Safety Review team member and lead auditor
and Flight Check and Training Manual Technical
Adviser.
Simon has been instrumental
in the development and revision of a number
of airlines Flight Training and Checking
Manuals and systems that have received CASA
approval. He has been responsible for maintenance
of airline AOC Compliance Statements, as
well as other regulatory documents. Simon
has also performed extensive gap analysis
on the new CASR 119 regulations. In addition,
has conducted gap analysis on airline operations
and the IOSA standard.
As a qualified Safety
and Quality Lead Auditor, who is IOSA approved
as Evaluator and Lead Auditor, Simon has
delivered audits on Check Captains to ensure
company check and training standards are
maintained. He has led teams on the Star
Alliance Safety Review and has participated
in numerous external and internal audits
of fleet operations, operations control
& training school functions. As IOSA
Lead Auditor and Evaluator, Simon has conducted
audits for many international airline carriers.

Perry has more than 20 years experience in an international airline in the areas of Load Master, Flight Attendant, Flight Engineer, Ground training instructor, Flight Safety Officer and is currently a QA manager, he has initiated safety audit function for airline from writing an audit manual, provide training and evaluation for internal auditors and implementation of audit program, he has been involved in IOSA program since 2004.
Perry also holds a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration in Aviation and is multilingual.
As a qualified Safety and Lead auditor, Perry Airline audit experience includes audits of Flight Operations, Cabin Operations, Flight Dispatch, Flight Safety, Cargo Operations, Airport Operations, Management and Control Systems and Associate Documentation.

Trevor Bock

Senior Consultant
Trevor has extensive
aviation industry experience having worked
for regional and international airlines
for 16 years holding positions of Fleet
Captain, Check and Training Captain and
Safety Manager. He holds a current Australian
ATPL. Trevor was responsible for introducing
new aircraft to the airline, as well as
developing the associated training of First
Officers and Captains on this aircraft.
As a Safety Manager,
Trevor developed and monitored Flight Operations
Safety and Standards, providing training
and involving checking and training of crew,
formulating polices pertaining to the operation
of aircraft, make safety and security recommendations
and enforce safety and OHS standards.

Mr
Ken Lewis

Senior Consultant
Ken was the Group General
Manager - Corporate Safety for Qantas Airways
Limited for 23 years. Prior to that he was
a Flight Operations Technical and Emergency
Procedures Instructor for 13 years.
During his time in Flight
Operations Training, Ken taught all subjects
associated with the operation of Qantas
aircraft. He was also required to receive
flight engineer training to line standard
on B707 and B747 aircraft. This training
was successfully completed and prior to
entering executive management level, Ken
was employed as a pilot/flight engineer
ground simulator instructor.
Ken has obtained an Occupational
Health and Safety Certificate from the New
South Wales Technical and Further Education
College. During this time Ken worked as
Qantas’s Flight Operations Safety
Controller.
In 1981 Ken was appointed
the Corporate Air Safety Investigator for
Qantas, then in 1984 he became the Corporate
Safety Manager, later renamed Group General
Manager Corporate Safety. He remained in
this position until January 2004.

OJ Evers

Senior Consultant
OJ’s aviation career
spans over forty years; a Professional Engineer
and graduate of the US Navy test pilot school,
he held the position of Experimental Test
Pilot, specializing in flight controls,
on the C-17, MD-80, and MD-11 at MacDonnell
Douglas, and was a flight test, production,
training and certification pilot.
He has extensive experience
in accident investigation and FDR analysis,
and is a member of ISASI. He holds a US
ATP license with ratings on the DC-9(MD-80),
DC-10, MD-11, and 747-400; in the field
of airline pilot training, in addition to
having been a Line Captain and Instructor
Pilot on the MD-11 and 747-400, he has been
a Manager of Flight Standards and FAA Designated
Examiner (DE).
OJ is experienced in world-wide
airline and military flying and is active
as an Aviation Safety, Security, and Flight
Operations Consultant in the Far East. He
is a Qualified IOSA Auditor and LOSA observer.

Lindsay has 35 years
of operational and managerial airline experience.
During this time, Lindsay has spent 24 years
as Flight Crew (Flight Engineer) including
8 years in Training & Checking, 5 years
in Flight Operations management, 3 years
as a Flight Operations Inspector / Auditor
and 2 years in Air Cargo Technical Documentation
development.
As a qualified Safety
and Quality Lead Auditor, Lindsay has delivered
audits on Airline Operational and Engineering
departments. These audits have reported
compliance of activities against both Australian
Civil Aviation Regulations and conformance
to internal airline procedures.
As an IOSA auditor, Lindsay
has assisted in the Certification Audit
of many airlines. His audit disciplines
include Aircraft Engineering and Maintenance,
Aircraft Ground Handling and Cargo Operation.

Peter has 35 plus years
base LAME experience in Airframe & Engine
Heavy Maintenance having his main experience
on the Boeing 707, 747 & 767 but also
including older types like the Lockheed
Electra, DC3 & DC4. From & through
the introduction of the 747 he has been
engaged in all facets required in aircraft
Heavy Maintenance from routine hangar servicing,
system trouble shooting & rectification
through to major system & structural
modifications including the 747 Section
41 termination & the 747 pylon modification
programmes. His final duty position reached
Duty Shift Manager with his KRA’s
including production, resource & facility
management, technical support & interface
with regulators & vendors. This position
received system audits & required appropriate
audit response. He has carried out the responsibility
of a 767 production inspector at the Everett
wide body production facility of the Boeing
Company examining both BFE & vendor
quality.
Peter also has a vast
experience in aircraft recovery both in
theory training & actual hands on recovery.
He was a member of the IATA Aircraft Working
Group in Montreal being nominated to the
co chair of that group.

Frank has over 23 years

airline operations in various areas including
Ramp, Engineering.
As Airport Assessment
and Procedures Manager, Frank developed
a formal Airport Assessment Program to ensure

Operator requirements.
He also co-developed an
Aircraft Categorisation program and associated
CBT suite to satisfy flight crew airport
qualification requirements.
He has participated on
industry working groups in the drafting
of legislation.
He Holds degrees in Aeronautical
Engineering, Business and is currently completing
a Masters degree specializing in Aviation
Human Factors.
He has extensive experience
in aircraft performance, flight instrument
procedure design, development of aircraft
loading systems, development and delivery
of flight crew technical training and operating
manual suite development and production.

all onsite requirements. Jake is a professional
communicator whose skills keep our clients
informed and at ease at each step of the
process.
Jake has expert organisational
skills with an eye for detail, in addition
Jake is a qualified internal auditor who
has delivered audits for many organisations
to ensure their systems are functioning
effectively and required changes to systems
or documents are identified.
Jake is also responsible
for coordinating our team of contracted
desktop publishers and for ensuring standardisation,
proof reading, accurate production and on
